Report trafficking concerns
Exploitation and coercion have no place on our platform.
Human trafficking and sexual exploitation are serious crimes. Sugar is committed to keeping our community safe and to acting when our service is misused.
Our stance
Everyone who uses Sugar must be able to participate freely and safely. We prohibit any use of the platform that supports coercion, exploitation, or trafficking.
We review reports with care. When we find activity that breaks our rules or the law, we take action—including removing accounts and working with law enforcement when that is appropriate.
What may indicate a problem
- Pressure, threats, or deception to control another person
- Behaviour that suggests commercial sexual exploitation, or any sexual conduct involving someone under 18
- Signs that someone may not be using the platform of their own free will
If someone is in immediate danger
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services for your area without delay. Trained responders are best placed to help in an urgent situation.
